Lingo

A successful merging of Japanese-American fusion dining experience in the center of Greenpoint, Lingo surpassed our expectations. Along with the sweet and attentive staff, their take on the classic Japanese breakfast set with a perfectly cooked salmon, some rice, a ramen egg and soup was exceptional. We had the ricotta Yuzu pancakes, the mini smoked tamago sandos, kimchi bacon fried rice and some tornado potatoes on the side. Hard to find these days, but every dish’s taste exceeded its presentation. Yet to try their special “Chef Emily’s Midnight Diner” series, Lingo has made a lifelong guest out of us and will continue to be put into the rotation.
