Cedric and Ochi first met at the Culinary Institute of America. Their partnership has since flourished into a lifetime of culinary explorations around the world together, particularly to Ochi’s native Indonesia, where she says the best place to dine is on the beach in Bali, having fresh grilled fish and a beer.

Their shared passion for food and travel has laid the groundwork for this power duo to establish two successful restaurants in Jakarta, and five years later, to introduce Wayan to the culinary scene of New York, in Nolita.
